Victor Peña has been appinted as new President of the Executive Council of OSAF, Organización Sudamericana de Fomento del Pura Sangre de Carrera (www.osafweb.org).

Fernando Peña is a member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Jockey Club, the Racing Committee and the Argentine Stud Book Committee. He is a well-known owner and breeder and a prominent doctor.

He succeeds Jose Luis Caldani, who represented OSAF during fourteen years at the international meetings.
